Hyatt Commercial Celebrates the Grand Opening of Its Expansion Location in Leonardtown, Maryland

Expanding in Southern Maryland

Leonardtown, MD – May 28, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial proudly celebrated the grand opening of its second office location in Leonardtown, Maryland. The new office sits in the heart of Leonardtown, directly across from the Circuit Courthouse. This brick-and-mortar expansion reflects Hyatt Commercial’s continued growth and long-term investment in Southern Maryland.

Previously, the building served as the Law Office of Ernie Bell since the 1970s. Today, it serves as Hyatt Commercial’s Leonardtown office.

Community Support and Local Growth

Community support remained strong throughout the event. Clients and representatives from the Leonardtown Business Association, the Town of Leonardtown, the Chamber of Commerce, and Visit St. Mary’s attended the celebration. In addition, St. Mary’s County Commissioners, the Mayor of Leonardtown, and other community leaders joined the event.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Justin Mullen, President of Hyatt Commercial, spoke about the company’s commitment to local relationships and community growth.

Nick Stellway, Vice President of Hyatt Commercial, also thanked attendees for their support. He shared his excitement about Hyatt Commercial’s future in Leonardtown and the Tri-County area as well.
