WESTMINSTER, MD — June 1, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has represented OrthoMaryland in the lease of 7,648 square feet at 140 Village Shopping Center, located at 537 Jermor Lane in Westminster, Maryland.
OrthoMaryland will utilize the space for a new orthopaedic and physical therapy clinic, expanding its presence in Carroll County and improving access to specialized musculoskeletal care for the surrounding community.
Kevin Keane, Vice President with Hyatt Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, 140 Village, LLP, was represented by KLNB Retail.
This marks the third new location Keane has secured for OrthoMaryland, bringing them to six locations following recent successful expansions in Abingdon and Reisterstown. The continued growth reflects the practice’s strategic focus on accessible, high-visibility locations that support both patient convenience and operational efficiency.
