His unique background as a former commercial appraiser combined with extensive landlord representation experience provides clients with unparalleled insight into deal structuring and lease negotiations—ensuring they secure the best possible terms while avoiding costly pitfalls.
Throughout his career, Kevin has leased more than 2 million square feet of office space in the Greater Baltimore area. His expertise spans lease negotiations, investment sales, build-out advisory, and property acquisitions, with a particular focus on the specialized needs of clinical medical practices and professional office tenants.
What distinguishes Kevin's approach is his ability to analyze transactions through a financial lens while leveraging his deep understanding of landlord perspectives to anticipate challenges and negotiate favorable terms. Beyond his professional work, Kevin serves as a board member of Levindale Hospital and Nursing Center, a division of LifeBridge Health and is the Programs Committee chair for NAIOP-Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys biking, trail running, skiing, and the occasional triathlon. Kevin resides in Owings Mills with his wife and two daughters.
