Annapolis, MD – March 9, 2026 – CoStar Group named Hyatt Commercial a Top Leasing Firm and Top Sales Firm in the Baltimore region. Hyatt Commercial remains the only firm headquartered in Anne Arundel County to earn both honors.
Each year, CoStar Power Broker Awards recognize top firms for completed sales and leasing transactions.
Hyatt Commercial holds the CoStar Power Broker recognition for five consecutive years, since merging to form The Reliable Group in 2021.
This recognition comes during a milestone year as Hyatt celebrates 65 years in business.
The company continues to expand its regional presence. Hyatt recently opened a Southern Maryland office in Leonardtown. The new office strengthens Hyatt Commercial’s footprint across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., including Anne Arundel County.
