65 Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis sold for $4,550,000. The ±17,000 square foot office and retail building included six tenants. The Buyer plans to occupy part of the property. Trish Farrell of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Buyer.
590–600 W Central Avenue in Davidsonville sold for $775,000. The 4.5-acre property formerly housed Tropic Bay Water Gardens. The Buyer plans to operate a similar business at the site. Andy Hotchkiss of Winmar Advisory represented the Buyer.
131 Defense Highway in Annapolis sold for $435,000 to an owner-user. The freestanding building sits near the Annapolis Mall. The previous owner occupied the property for over 30 years. John Sindler of Hyatt Commercial represented the Buyer.
