He represents building owners, investors, and businesses across a wide range of asset classes, bringing a strategic, execution-focused approach to every engagement.
John has advised clients on over one million square feet of sales and leasing activity and is a repeat Top Producer at Hyatt Commercial. His experience working on both sides of transactions allows him to serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate risk, structure deals, and implement real estate strategies aligned with long-term business and investment objectives.
Known for his deep market knowledge of the Annapolis and greater Anne Arundel County markets, disciplined approach, and strong negotiation skills, John delivers data-driven insights that empower clients to make confident, informed real estate decisions.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University, where he was a member of the men’s Division I lacrosse team, and is a graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School. He remains actively involved in both industry and community organizations, including serving as Vice President of the Touchdown Club of Annapolis.
John resides in Annapolis with his wife, Bethany, and their children, Finley and Brody.
