John Sindler joined Hyatt Commercial in 2012 and now serves as Senior Vice President, Sales and Leasing. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1995, following a decade in general construction where he focused predominantly on municipal contracts.
His development knowledge leverages a solid foundation in industrial tenant representation. As an active broker in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, John has closed both relet and development deals for industrial, office, and retail transactions for both local and national companies.
A significant part of John’s real estate knowledge on tenants, landlords and property owners, and development opportunities derives from his membership on the Route 1 Revitalization Committee and his position as co-chair on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Committee of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor Chamber. With tenant representation as a core business, John’s expertise includes user-building sales and leasing, office, industrial, retail and land development, portfolio leasing, management, disposition, and acquisition.
John is a graduate of Loyola College and has fostered strong community ties through his involvement with development committees, volunteering and coaching a Howard County youth program, and serving as a coach for Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore.
