Nick G. Stellway, CCIM

Since joining Hyatt Commercial, Nick Stellway has focused on sales and leasing of office and industrial properties throughout Southern Maryland, including St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert Counties. As a licensed Associate Broker and second-generation Realtor, Nick brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience to the team and now serves as Vice President of Sales and Leasing. His background includes over $53 million in closed transaction volume, working with both property owners and investors to simplify real estate decisions through a data-driven and strategic approach.

Nick holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, reflecting his expertise in financial analysis, market insight, and deal structuring. He prides himself on uncovering hidden value in lease or sale terms that deliver long-term savings for his clients.

Nick graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in Business Marketing and currently lives in Hollywood, Maryland with his fiancée and their Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Outside of real estate, he enjoys boating and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and remains active in the Southern Maryland community.
