Hyatt Commercial Announces Two New Leases at 151 West Street in Annapolis

Annapolis, MD — November 17, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial announced two new leases at 151 West Street, a Class A boutique office building in downtown Annapolis. The newest tenants, Greenberg Gibbons Properties and Severn Wealth Management, expand the building’s professional mix.

Greenberg Gibbons Properties (GGP) recently relocated to ±4,000 SF of fully renovated office space. Founded in 2021, GGP is a leading developer in the Class-A light industrial space with projects throughout the Carolinas. In addition, the firm’s new Annapolis office includes high-end finishes, exposed ceilings and glass wall systems.

Severn Wealth Management, a long-standing Annapolis firm, leased approximately ±2,000 SF on the third floor. The team plans to move in by the end of the year. Founded in Annapolis in 1988, the firm provides financial planning, investment management, retirement strategies, and estate planning.
