Annapolis, MD — October 6, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial’s medical leasing team has completed multiple lease transactions on behalf of Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA), securing new medical office locations in Maryland, Rhode Island, and New Jersey as part of the group’s 2025 expansion strategy.
Hyatt Commercial provided national tenant representation services, including lease administration, lease analysis, new and renewal lease negotiations, and gap analysis to identify underserved markets. These efforts enabled BNBA to strategically expand its footprint and bring comprehensive behavioral health services to new communities.
