Bowie, MD – September 25, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial secured a new lease for Anchor Dermatology, led by Dr. Cheryl Lonergan, at Bowie One Town Center, 4201 Northview Drive, Bowie, Maryland 20716. The practice signed a 10-year, 6-month lease for Suite 200, totaling 4,387 RSF.
The property belongs to BOTC, LLC, which also owns Chesapeake Imaging. Brent Prossner of Lincoln Property Company represented the Owner. Meanwhile, Eddie Trujillo, Senior Vice President at Hyatt Commercial, represented the Tenant.
