College Park, MD – September 24, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial has completed the sale of a six-unit multi-family apartment building at 7510 Hopkins Avenue in Old Town College Park, Maryland. The property sold for $1,485,000.
Laurie Zuiderhof and Treva Ghattas of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller, Homeful LLC. The buyer, BAPS, is a volunteer-driven fellowship dedicated to fostering Hindu values of faith. BAPS plans to offer the property as community housing for student members attending the nearby University of Maryland.
