Annapolis, MD – October 7, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce the addition of John Kauffman as a Sales and Leasing Associate.
John joined Hyatt in September 2025 and focuses on tenant representation for retail, office, and industrial clients along the Baltimore–Washington Corridor.
With a background in property management, John brings a well-rounded perspective to the commercial real estate process—understanding both the tenant and landlord experience. His deep local market knowledge, combined with his attention to detail and commitment to client care, enables him to skillfully guide clients through every step of the leasing process.
A native of Annapolis, John earned his B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. When he’s not advising clients, you can find him sailing in the Wednesday night races on the Chesapeake Bay or exploring local businesses across the region.
