As a former partner in one of the nation’s largest single-site women’s healthcare practices, Dr. Kothari played a pivotal role in growth and operations. He led initiatives in business development and operational efficiency. In addition, his leadership culminated in a partnership with Unified Women’s Healthcare and a significant medical real estate transaction with Montecito Medical Real Estate.
In his new role, Dr. Kothari will leverage his insights, experience, and industry relationships to support our clients. He will also help expand opportunities in healthcare real estate sales and leasing. As a result, our clients will benefit from a team that understands the challenges of starting or growing a practice. Moreover, we recognize how real estate can serve as a driver of success.
