Nick is a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and a second-generation Realtor. He has closed more than $53,553,542 in transaction volume. In addition, he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties. He combines deep market knowledge with a data-first mindset to simplify complex real estate decisions.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Nick delivers strategic, high-impact solutions. He is recognized for his expertise in financial analysis, market insight, and creative deal structuring.
