Annapolis, MD – June 11, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to welcome Owen Wellschlager as the newest Sales & Leasing Associate on our Investment Sales Team. Owen joined Hyatt in May 2025, bringing a competitive edge, a team-first mindset, and a strong
foundation in research and relationship-building. He currently focuses on investment sales throughout the Baltimore Washington Corridor, working alongside senior team members Eric Pinkett and Cecil Cummins.
A native of Annapolis, Owen brings strong familiarity with the local market and community dynamics across Anne Arundel County. In addition, he understands the surrounding region, which helps him offer practical insights to clients. His consultative and solutions-focused approach emphasizes long-term value and integrity. These principles guide his service to tenants, landlords, and investors.
Owen earned his Bachelor of Science in History, with a minor in Business, from Colorado State University. During his time at CSU, he also served as captain of the university’s MCLA club lacrosse team. This role highlighted his leadership and drive.
Before joining Hyatt Commercial, Owen built valuable experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. He worked in business development and program compliance at a nonprofit organization in Boston, further strengthening his skills.
