Owen joined Hyatt Commercial in May 2025 as a Sales & Leasing Associate on the Investment Sales Team, bringing strong local market knowledge and a team-first mindset to his role. Focusing on investment sales in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, Owen works closely with Eric Pinkett and Cecil Cummins to deliver exceptional service and results to clients. His experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors equips him with a unique perspective that adds value to every transaction.
A native of Annapolis, Owen holds a B.S. in History with a Business minor from Colorado State University, where he captained the MCLA lacrosse team. His passion for teamwork and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the Hyatt Commercial team and the communities he serves.
