Annapolis, MD – July 16, 2025 – Two new retail additions are bringing fresh energy and style to Main Street in Downtown Annapolis. The Lucky Knot has opened a dedicated men’s location at 159 Main Street, while Local Coast, a growing coastal, hunting, and fishing brand, has landed at 167 Main Street.
Retail Expansion Strengthens Main Street
The Lucky Knot’s new men’s store showcases its exclusive Heritage Collection. Shoppers will find Northern prep and classic-inspired menswear, as well as brands like Peter Millar, Southern Tide, and Johnnie-O. Moreover, the expansion reflects the brand’s ongoing success and its commitment to curating timeless style in the heart of Annapolis.
Just steps away, Local Coast has opened its first retail storefront in the City. Known for coastal, hunting, and fishing apparel, the store offers comfortable, high-quality gear for outdoor activities and everyday wear. In addition, the retailer operates a boutique in Severna Park, which further strengthens its regional presence.
Hyatt Commercial played a pivotal role in both transactions. John Gallagher of Hyatt Commercial brokered the off-market sale of 159 Main Street in March. In November, Gallagher, represented the former property Owner of 167 Main Street in the disposition of the property and then represented the new Owner in the lease transaction, and, Bill Steffey, CCIM represented the tenant, Local Coast.
