Throughout his career, Kevin has leased more than 2 million square feet of office space across Greater Baltimore. His experience includes lease negotiations, investment sales, build-out advisory, and property acquisitions. Additionally, he maintains a strong focus on medical practices and professional office users with specialized operational needs.
