Gambrills, MD – January 7, 2026 – Back Nine is coming soon to Crofton with a new location opening at 1166 MD Route 3, Suite 207, Gambrills, MD 21054. The space spans approximately ±3,866 square feet within a highly visible retail center. As a result, it will serve both the Crofton and Gambrills communities.
This transaction reflects a true collaboration within The Reliable Group. Hyatt Commercial handled both the landlord and tenant representation. Specifically, John Sindler represented the Landlord, while George Shenas and Collin Mercier represented the Tenant. In addition, Reliable Commercial Construction completed the tenant fit-out. The Crofton location marks the first franchise for Nate and Nirali DePasquale, Anne Arundel County residents.
