Hyatt Commercial Announces Sale of Trophy Office/Retail Property at 130 Severn Avenue

Trophy Office/Retail Sold for $3.53M

Annapolis, MD — December 1, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial represented the seller, CRK Holdings, in the sale of 130 Severn Avenue, a trophy mixed-use property in the Eastport. The property sold for $3,533,500. John Gallagher and Justin Mullen of Hyatt Commercial represented the Seller, and Mason Popham of Thomas Park represented the Buyer.

Offered for the first time since its development in 2013, the office building brings together design quality, visibility, and walkability. Hammond Wilson, a local award-winning architecture firm, designed the property with a strong focus on both style and function.

The property includes ±10,000 SF of office space and a ±1,200 SF retail shop. Annapolis Maritime Antiques, a long-standing Eastport destination, operates the retail portion.
