The Lodge purchased its new property at 8907 Baltimore Avenue for 2.3 million dollars. This move supports the Lodge goal of finding a modern and efficient space for members.
The new site includes a ±2,600 SF commercial building, a small residential house, and several parcels of land. The full area totals just under one acre on a high traffic corner in College Park. This location offers visibility, access, and long term value. These features made the site ideal for the Moose Lodge 453 property acquisition College Park.
Moose Lodge #453 plans a complete renovation of the property. The Lodge will update the layout to support meetings, events, and community programs.
