The Lodge purchased its new property at 8907 Baltimore Avenue for 2.3 million dollars. This move supports the Lodge goal of finding a modern and efficient space for members.
The new site includes a ±2,600 SF commercial building, a small residential house, and several parcels of land. The full area totals just under one acre on a high traffic corner in College Park. Moose Lodge #453 plans a complete renovation of the property. The Lodge will update the layout to support meetings, events, and community programs.
