Annapolis, MD — October 27, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial announced the sale of 103 Annapolis Street, a three-story retail and office building in the heart of the West Annapolis commercial corridor, for $2,500,000.

Cecil Cummins of Hyatt Commercial represented the purchaser, Make Your Move, LLC. Mason Popham of Thomas Park represented the seller, 103 Annapolis Street MRE, LLC.
Originally developed by 103 Annapolis Street MRE, LLC, the property was designed as a retail storefront for Revival. It features high-end finishes, an open main level, a mezzanine, and a finished lower level for storage and supplies.
When Revival’s plans changed, the building returned to the market for sale and lease. A year later, in September 2025, The Brad Kappel Team of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, doing business as Make Your Move, LLC, made an offer and reached an agreement with the seller.
Shortly after, the parties went under contract in early October. The deal closed on October 24, 2025 — less than 30 days later.
