Mary’s Bridal Relocates After 43 Years to 14 Annapolis Street

Annapolis, MD — August 18, 2025 — A beloved Annapolis institution is turning the page to a new chapter. Mary’s Bridal, founded in 1982 by Mary Feeley, has officially relocated to 14 Annapolis Street after more than four decades in the same spot.

For years, Mary’s Bridal has been known for its timeless elegance and personal touch. Since 1983, the boutique has remained a fixture in the local business community. In fact, Mary is one of the longest-tenured retail tenants in Annapolis—second only to a few restaurants.

Upon Mary’s first walk through 14 Annapolis Street, the space was a must-have. George Shenas and Collin Mercier, who represented the Landlord, were able to swiftly assemble deal terms that met Mary’s expectations and a Lease was signed within 30 days of the first tour.

“Mary’s passion towards her business and clients showed through her attention to detail in the small features of functionality while looking at 14 Annapolis Street,” said George Shenas, Vice President at Hyatt Commercial. “Every question she had, or idea she proposed, was specified with the customer experience as the top priority. After spending a small amount of time with her, it’s easy to see why Mary has been such a staple to the Annapolis community dating back to 1983.”
