In 2024, Gallagher was named Hyatt Commercial’s top producer for the 2nd time, a testament to his innovative problem-solving, dedication, and ability to exceed client expectations. His notable recent successes include the sale of Reynolds Tavern in Annapolis, a landmark property with deep historical significance; the $7 million off-market sale of 187-193 Main Street in Annapolis, which set a record as the highest sale price ever for a Main Street property; and the sale of a 38,000-square-foot office building at 2661 Riva Road, Building 900, where he represented a buyer client in the transaction.

Cummins’ notable transactions include the sale of a 95-unit portfolio in Baltimore City for $8.37 million, the sale of a $9 million office building at 2200 Defense Highway, and the sale of 151 West Street, a Class A office building sold at 90% occupancy for $9.5 million. These transactions highlight his ability to navigate complex deals and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
