EDGEWATER, MD – July 21, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial announced the sale of 3005 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater, Maryland for $1,900,000. The single-tenant, drive-thru retail property sits on 1.5 acres in a high-traffic corridor just south of Annapolis, with daily vehicle counts exceeding 45,000.
John Gallagher, Executive Vice President at Hyatt Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented. The property is 100% leased to Mana Supply Co., one of the original cannabis dispensaries to establish a presence in Anne Arundel County. With multiple locations throughout the region, Mana Supply Co. will continue operating at this Edgewater site.
