Hyatt Commercial Closes Annapolis QSR Site for $2.5mm

Annapolis, MD — October 1, 2024 — Hyatt Commercial brokered the sale of a ± 2,332 square foot drive-thru quick service restaurant (QSR) located at 153 Defense Highway in Annapolis, Maryland. The well-positioned property, zoned C4, sits next to Home Depot and directly across from the bustling Gateway Village Shopping Center, home to popular retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Safeway, PetSmart, and Orange Theory Fitness.

The property sold for $2,500,000, equating to $1,072 per square foot. John Gallagher and Eddie Trujillo from Hyatt Commercial represented the Seller, while Bryan Herr of MacKenize Commercial represented the Buyer.

“This transaction highlights the continued appetite for well-located and favorably zoned property in Anne Arundel County. Our highly targeted marketing process generated over a dozen offers, ultimately landing north of $1,000 per square foot—a clear indication of the market’s strength”, said Gallagher.
