In 2002, after being acquired from the National Trust, the building underwent extensive renovations, culminating in its return to its original use as a tavern. Today, patrons can experience the ambiance much as it was enjoyed over two centuries ago.
The current operators of Reynolds Tavern have admirably preserved its historical significance for over a decade. They’ve maintained a Traditional English Afternoon Tea and Lunch service daily, alongside a Bed & Breakfast. Additionally, the 1747 Pub and Beer Garden offers a selection of American and Import Craft Beers, with a special emphasis on Maryland Beers. The next owner will have the privilege of leaving their mark on this cherished establishment, becoming its third private owner.
