Annapolis, MD – April 30, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial announced the $2.65 million sale of 10 Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis, Maryland. Also known as “Parcel 4” in the Knighton at Annapolis Town Center portfolio, this marks the first transaction to close of the four parcels. Cecil Cummins, John Sindler, and Justin Mullen of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller. HRH Holdings purchased the property.
Parcel 4 is part of a four-parcel assemblage offering flexible zoning and development potential. The site sits at the edge of the City of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County in the heart of Parole.
The parcel includes an 11,774 RSF freestanding building, currently occupied by Herc Rentals (formerly Rental Works), with outdoor storage space in the rear.
“This sale marks a key milestone in this Families generational strategy for their Real Estate Holdings. The sale of parcel 4 is one part of the larger effort to position the property owners for long-term success,” said Cecil Cummins, Executive Vice President of Hyatt Commercial. “We’re proud of the team’s strategic approach and excited to share more updates soon on the other three parcels in the Knighton at Annapolis Town Center portfolio.”
