Waffle-Licious Expands and Rebrands as “Crave”

Baltimore, MD – April 21, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is excited to announce the relocation and rebranding of Waffle-Licious, a locally loved bubble waffle shop in Baltimore’s Little Italy. The new space at 236 S. High Street will open this spring as Crave, offering more menu items, indoor seating, and a fresh look.

Owners Diana Grechukhina and Vladislav Orlov opened Waffle-Licious in 2022 as a small walk-up shop. They quickly built a loyal following. As the business grew, so did their vision. The new space gives them room to add sweet and savory crepes, ice cream, coffee, and soon, breakfast items—all under the new Crave brand.

“Crave represents who we are now,” said Grechukhina. “We’re still focused on bold, fun flavors—but now in a space that allows us to create a better overall experience.”

The new interior will feature warm earth tones and an L-shaped service bar with stations for each menu item. Guests will finally have a place to sit and enjoy their treats indoors.

The couple chose to stay in Little Italy because of the strong ties they’ve formed with local residents and fellow business owners.

Treva Ghattas of Hyatt Commercial is now assisting them in finding a second storefront to support their growing concept.

Crave plans to open later this spring.
