Teresa Fister

Teresa Fister, Listing and Transactions Assistant at Hyatt Commercial, brings over a decade of experience in college athletics, which greatly enhances her ability to support Hyatt Commercial’s agents and clients. She has a strong background in program administration, operations management, project coordination, and team development.

In her role, Teresa manages document execution, licensing coordination, and event coordination, while also supporting team onboarding and office operations. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure efficient processes that strengthen both agent success and company growth.

Teresa earned her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University, where she was a member of the softball team, and a master’s degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, sports, reading, and spending time with family.
