Shane Denman

Shane Denman is a dedicated Senior Sales and Leasing Associate at Hyatt Commercial, serving clients across Central and Southern Maryland, along with the Eastern Shore. Representing both landlords and tenants, Shane collaborates closely with industry veteran John Gallagher, Senior Vice President, ensuring his clients receive unparalleled service and meticulous attention to detail.

Before joining Hyatt, Shane earned his B.A. degree from Towson University. He actively volunteers for causes close to his heart, including the Light House Shelter in Annapolis and The Brendan Looney Foundation, while also competing in events like the Haymakers for Hope Beltway Brawl IV. As an alum of DeMatha Catholic High School, Shane takes pride in organizing and leading the Brendan Looney Foundation’s annual DeMatha Alumni Golf Tournament.

An Anne Arundel County native, Shane calls Annapolis home, where he resides with his dog, Gibson.
