As a former partner in one of the nation’s largest single-site women’s healthcare practices, he played a key role in business development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth—leading to a successful partnership with Unified Women’s Healthcare and a high-profile real estate transaction with Montecito Medical.

Now retired from clinical practice, Dr. Kothari focuses on helping healthcare providers navigate the intersection of medicine and real estate. His expertise strengthens Hyatt Commercial’s healthcare brokerage services, offering clients unique guidance from someone who’s been both a provider and an investor. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, mentoring young physicians, and exploring great food spots wherever he goes.
