Cecil Cummins

Cecil joined Hyatt Commercial in December 2017 as an entry-level sales associate and has grown into his current role of Executive Vice President. Cecil has represented a variety of clients in sales and leasing of commercial real estate and now focuses primarily on investment sales and owner-occupied acquisitions in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and surrounding markets. Cecil has diverse experience, including previous work in consulting, logistics, and marketing, in addition to his experience as a skilled public speaker, having spoken on stage with renowned speakers Gary Vaynerchuk and David Obsborn. He has served on multiple transition teams for local politicians, as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Baysavers Foundation, as a member of the Comptroller of the State of Maryland’s Business Advisory Council from 2019-2022 and now serves as a Commissioner on the Historic Preservation Commission in the City of Annapolis.

Mr. Cummins is an alumna of McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration. He is a native of Annapolis and currently resides in the Annapolis Neck Peninsula with his Wife and Son.
