John Kauffman

John joined Hyatt in September of 2025 as a Sales and Leasing Associate. Focusing on tenant representation for retail, office and industrial clients along the Baltimore - Washington Corridor.  With a background in property management, John brings a diverse knowledge base understanding both Tenants and Landlords alike. Bringing a strong local market knowledge and the precision and care to handle any situation.

John is a native of Annapolis. He attended The Ohio State University, where he obtained a B.S in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate. When he is not sailing in the Wednesday night races on the Chesapeake, he is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients
