Brian Chupek

Brian joined Hyatt Commercial in 2025 as a Sales and Leasing Advisor, focusing on Retail, Multifamily, and Mixed-Use assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. With a data-driven approach, he helps clients make informed decisions that align with their investment goals.

Before entering commercial real estate in 2019, Brian spent four years in the International Securities Lending division of a global investment bank, facilitating the movement of capital and equities between banks, pension funds, and institutional investors. This background provides him with a strong financial foundation and an analytical mindset that benefits his clients.

Brian has also demonstrated leadership in the industry, serving as both Chair and Vice Chair of the Maryland Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee, where he helped organize key initiatives and deliverables for the membership.
