Columbia, MD – April 1, 2025 –Hyatt Commercial announces the grand opening of a newly developed 7-Eleven convenience store and car wash at 5901 Stevens Forest Rd, Columbia, MD 21045. The 3,400-square-foot store sits on 1.7 acres and brings a rare, newly built C-store and gas station to the Columbia trade area.
William Steffy, CRE, CCIM of Hyatt Commercial served as both the developer and tenant representative for the project. Crossroads West, LLC—a subsidiary of the Reliable Group—partnered with Hopkins & Wayson to manage entitlements and construction.
The store now operates under a long-term net lease with 7-Eleven Corp. This successful build-to-suit project marks a significant addition to the local retail landscape.
