The 36,295 SF Building Sold for $4.1 million and closed on November 15th, 2023. Cecil Cummins and Eric Pinkett, with Hyatt Commercial, represented the buyer, S and S Commercial, LLC- comprised of two local investors and Managing Partners of Infiniti HR, Mark Schwaiger, and Scott Smrkovski. Adler Real Estate Partners was the seller in this transaction.
The sale of 9160 Guilford Road stands as an achievement for our clients, who strategically plans to relocate the Infiniti HR Headquarters to the building in the future and occupy approximately 50% of the property while leasing out the remaining space. With the sale now concluded, Hyatt Commercial has also been engaged to find other tenants for the remaining space, and promptly initiated the leasing process, exemplifying the seamless transition from acquisition to occupancy and investment.
