Recognizing the need for significant renovations at this location, Hyatt successfully negotiated a collaboration with developer MRE Properties. Leveraging their extensive experience in property development in West Annapolis, MRE Properties acquired the 609 Melvin Avenue property paving the way for this strategic partnership and for RAR Brewing’s expansion to State’s Capital City. RAR Brewing is sure to be a fixture in West Annapolis for years to come.
