Annapolis, MD – June 25, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce the opening of Capo Deli at 139 Main Street in downtown Annapolis. The Washington, D.C.-based sandwich shop now brings its popular Italian-style hoagies and house-made desserts to Anne Arundel County for the first time.
Hyatt Commercial represented the tenant in the lease transaction. George Shenas, Vice President, and Collin Mercier were the agents on the deal. Capo Deli takes over the former Jimmy John’s space, located next to Irish Traditions. The restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during its opening week. Extended hours will follow as demand grows.
The menu offers a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, including cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, and signature Italian subs such as chicken alla vodka and Cubans. In addition, dessert options include cannolis, tiramisu, Oreo mousse, and banana bread pudding. Guests can also enjoy coffee from Hook’Em Right Coffee, a veteran-owned Annapolis brand launched by a retired Marine.
