Kevin Smith joined Hyatt Commercial in the Spring of 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in property management across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets. Specializing in managing stabilized properties, Kevin focuses on maintaining strong ownership relationships and fostering a community-like atmosphere within retail and office spaces. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and valuable, tenant-focused solutions that enhance the overall tenant experience and drive satisfaction.

With expertise in optimizing property operations, lease-ups, capital improvement projects, and financial management, Kevin ensures properties run efficiently while maximizing revenue growth. His strategic approach to tenant relations and operational excellence has contributed to long-term success for the properties under his management.
A native of Annapolis, Kevin is passionate about his community. Outside of his professional work, he is involved in music management, nonprofit efforts to preserve and celebrate Black history, and serves as a worship leader and production liaison at his local church. Kevin is also a proud husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in local events.
