Hyatt Commercial announced that they completed a deal for the lease of 30 Market Space in Downtown Annapolis. Louis Hyatt, founder of Hyatt Commercial was the leasing agent for the property. The 1,200 square foot building was leased to Tyler Boe, a retailer of high end ladies clothing.
Louis Hyatt commenting on the transaction said, "Tyler Boe is a good addition to Market Space. Hyatt Commercial is pleased to be facilitating deals that are supporting the revitalization of the downtown area." The Annapolis store is the newest Tyler Boe location and is currently open for business.
